Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital media landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth. As a business development executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to meet Revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Prospect New Clients:
- – Identify potential clients in the retail media sector.
- – Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels such as networking, agency presentations & attending industry events.
Develop and Maintain Client Relationships:
- – Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in media advertising agencies.
- – Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- – Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- – Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Market Analysis and Insights:
- – Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in retail media.
- – Provide market feedback and insights to help shape the company’s product offerings and strategic direction.
- – Work with other Digitize teams to share industry intelligence and trends.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- – Work closely with internal teams, and those of our publisher partner, Schwarz, to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign execution.
- – Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications:
- – 3rd level qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- – 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in retail media or digital advertising.
- – Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- – Strong understanding of digital media and digital advertising technologies.
- – Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- – Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
