Ronan O’Loughlin has a BA in Economics from UCD and a Diploma in Marketing Management from DIT.

He started his career in Media in 1994 when he joined McConnell’s Advertising. After almost 4 years he left to join CDP, and he remained there for almost four more years, becoming Media Director before he left to take up a role as General Manager of PML Middle East in Bahrain. He returned after his year-long contract expired in 2002 and took up a role as Business Development Director for the newly established E4 Ireland. Most recently he spent 18 months with Carat Ireland as Account Director on Vodafone.

Ronan enjoys most sports, playing Golf and surfing particularly badly.

John Patten is a well know veteran of the Dublin advertising market with 25 years of hands on experience.

He has worked with many of the leading Irish and UK media brands including Channel 4, E4, The Sunday Times, The Irish Independent,, The Daily Telegraph, The Mail on Sunday, Hello! Magazine and Yahoo!.

He has owned and managed Medialink since 1993 which is the largest independent media representation company in Ireland. He is a director of TAM Ireland which is the body that oversees television research in Ireland similar to BARB in the UK.

He enjoys running, walking, cooking, music, reading, technology, cinema and spending time with his wife and children.
